Iron Men is a men's ministry whose purpose is to connect the generations of men at Karl Road Baptist Church in the desire to support each other, serve with each other, and disciple the next generation. Although there is no official group that meets on a regular basis, the goal of this ministry is that the men of the church be involved in the many areas of the church – as leaders and examples in the different ministries. Below are some areas in which the Iron Men are involved. For more information or to get involved in this ministry, email Jeff Lashley.

Christian Service Brigade: Brigade meets every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. throughout the school year for the sole purpose of discipling boys and young men to know the Bible and to be godly leaders in their family, church, and community. Adult men dedicate their time to being godly examples in the lives of boys ages 5-18 and to training them to be the godly leaders of the next generation.

Men's Breakfast: The men of the church meet every third Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m. for a free breakfast at the church. This is a time of fellowship, praying together, and hearing testimonies of how God is working in other men's lives. Occasionally, there are also opportunities to serve the community after the breakfast.

Tuesday Work Crew: This is a group of men who meet every Tuesday at the church at 8:30 a.m. to make repairs around the church, as well as share life and support each other. If you enjoy building and repairing things, or if you would like to learn how, you are welcome to join. Likewise, if you need extra help around your home and either can't do it yourself or can't afford it, they are willing to help out (just contact the church office).

Men's Bible Studies: There are a couple of men-only Bible studies that meet throughout the week to study the Bible and then share and discuss how to apply it to their lives.
