| Rick Breusch began serving as Senior Pastor on November 1, 2006 after having served the congregation for the previous six months in the interim role. In addition to guiding the church’s overall ministry, Rick is the primary speaker on Sunday mornings. He comes to our church after a 21 year ministry as Pastor of the Sawmill Baptist Church in Powell, Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern College and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Cheryl, have two adult children, Tasha and Ian (and his wife, Jen) who live in Florida, and a teenager, Kelsey. |

Glenn C. Perry is our Executive Pastor. In August of 2006 he began his fifth year overseeing our administration, pastoral care, and senior adult ministry. He also helps lead worship, shares in preaching, and leads the Wednesday night bible study and prayer meeting. Glenn comes to us from Hillcrest Baptist where he was the senior pastor for 12 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Judson College, a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary and is completing a Doctorate in Leadership, also from Ashland. He and wife Chris have two children, Brittney and Chandler. |
| Jared Trumbo Director of Youth Ministries. Jared is a graduate of Liberty University, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion with an emphasis in Youth Ministries. He plays the guitar well and quickly develops a rapport with young people and has been a positive influence wherever he has been involved. He and his wife, Chyloe have two sons, Keegan and Parker Reese. |

Blythe Ann Cooper - Worship and Music Director, since August 2005. Her heart for worship is to lead the congregation to be transformed to a daily, individual practice, and come together for celebration as the corporate body of Christ. Giving direction to the choir, worship teams, instrumentalists, soloists, and drama, to lead our worshippers to the heart of worship. Blythe Ann graduated from Judson College with BA in Fine Arts/ Vocal Performance/Education. She and her husband Mark have two grown sons, Aaron and Laura Cooper, and granddaughter Liliana, and Chad Cooper, all of Columbus. |
Sarah Chang, pianist, received a Bachelor's in Music Education at The Ohio State University, and a Master's in Music Education at Capital University. She teaches general music and choir at Hilliard Memorial Middle School, and also maintains a private piano studio in Hilliard. Sarah is a piano accompanist for the Columbus Children's Choir, as well as many other musical groups around the Columbus area.

Beth Ash is our Christian Education Director for over five years. She served as the Christian Education Chairman for six years before joining the staff. Beth teaches third grade at Wyandot Run Elementary School in Powell. She has taught elementary children for thirty years. Her undergraduate degree in education was from University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has a Masters in Curriculum from National Lewis University and graduate hours from Ashland University and other institutions. Her first love is serving Christ through the various aspects of Christian Education. She began working with children through Central Baptist Church in Phoenix, Arizona as a teenager. She worked in Hispanic and Chinese congregations and has taught children from many backgrounds from inner city to those in third world countries. One of the highlights of her life has been participating in mission activities through KRBC. Trips to Dominican Republic and Honduras as part of an MMI Medical Mission team have been life-changing experiences. She greatly values the opportunity to serve the Lord through our church and in any ways He provides for her to do so. Beth met her husband, Lew, have been married 46 years. They have three grown children and ten grandchildren.
