Karl Road Baptist Church

This ministry operates in four sub-teams, as described below, and is led by the Ministry Team Leader and Executive Pastor.

Buildings and Grounds (Member/Non-Member):
The B&G team deals with all aspects of the church facility:

• Painting, cleaning, minor build-outs, and supervising the commercial cleaning staff
• Overseeing landscape and yard maintenance and parking lot upkeep and repairs
• Ensuring the general maintenance, service, and repair of the HVAC system
• Overseeing the usage of the church facility
• Coordinating the weekly volunteer maintenance group

IT Team (Member/Non-Member):
The IT team is responsible for all computer and internet needs of the church:

• Maintaining, purchasing, and designing technological systems that meet the church's educational and informational needs
• Providing a secure Internet environment for our youth
• Developing a web presence for the church

Decorating Team (Member/Non-Member):
The Decorating team is responsible for the aesthetics and appearance of the church facility:

• Purchasing and/or arranging flowers within the church
• Coordinating and arranging seasonal decorations
• Managing special church projects and celebrations
• Providing input for the other sub-teams within the Capital Improvements & Facilities ministry
• Coordinating the Wednesday morning cleaning team, which covers specific areas that our commercial cleaning crew cannot address within their time constraints

FaceLift Team (seated panel, not open to volunteers):
The FaceLift team is responsible for overseeing the current reconstruction of the church facility:

• Designing, quoting, and supervising the construction of a current multi-phase project
• Working with the architect and contractors to secure proper design and pricing
