Rick Breusch
|

Rick Breusch began serving as our Senior Pastor in November 2006. Previously, he led as Pastor of the Sawmill Baptist Church in Powell, Ohio for 21 years. He has a B.A. from Southeastern College and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife Cheryl have three children, Tasha, Ian and Kelsey. Ian and his wife Jen have one daughter, Hallie Grace.

Glenn Perry
|
|
Dr. Glenn Perry is our Executive Pastor, overseeing our pastoral care, administration, and senior adult ministry since 2001. He assists in Sunday worship and leads the Wednesday Bible study and prayer meeting. He has a B.A. from Judson College, a Master of Divinity and Doctorate in Leadership from Ashland Theological Seminary, and served as senior pastor at Hillcrest Baptist for 12 years. He and wife Chris have two children, Brittney and Chandler.

Aimee Worley
|
|
Aimee Worley is our Director of Youth and Outreach. A member since 1983, she joined our staff in November 2008. Aimee coordinates ministries for sixth grade through college and outreach efforts into our community. In addition to cross-cultural life experiences, she holds a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Administration and a Master’s in Physical Education. She was previously Recreation Supervisor for Columbus Recreation and Parks and an elementary P.E. teacher.

Beth Ash
|
|
Beth Ash has been our Christian Education (CE) Director since 2000 and served as the CE Chair for six years before joining the staff. Beth received her undergraduate degree in Education from University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Masters in Curriculum from National Lewis University, and graduate hours from Ashland University and other institutions. She has taught elementary children for 30 years. Beth and her husband Lew have three children and ten grandchildren.

Mike Martin

|
Michael Martin is our Director of Music, having served on our staff from 1995-2004 and returning in November 2008. Mike earned both his Bachelor's in Music Education and a Master of the Choral Arts in Conducting at The Ohio State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Music Performance and is a published composer. Mike is also the Director of Choral Activities at Hilliard Darby High School and resides in Pickerington, Ohio with his wife Carolyn and son Noah.

Sarah Chang
|
|
Sarah Chang, pianist, received a Bachelor's in Music Education at The Ohio State University and a Master's in Music Education at Capital University. She teaches general music and choir at Hilliard Memorial Middle School and maintains a private piano studio in Hilliard. Sarah is a piano accompanist for the Columbus Children's Choir, as well as many other musical groups around the Columbus area.

Betty Rocke

Betty Rocke, our church organist since 1996, received her B.A. in Elementary Education with a major in education and a minor in music at Eureka College in Eureka, Illinois. She received her M.S. in Counseling from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Betty is an elementary school teacher in the Columbus City Schools and has taught private piano lessons and performed numerous organ and piano recitals.

Kari Lashley

Kari Lashley has been a member of KRBC for over 40 years and joined the church's administrative staff in April 1992. Kari oversees office activities, manages church payroll, and produces the bulletins used on Sunday mornings. Kari also facilitates the church's Wednesday night sewing group and bowls (as league president) on the church's bowling league. She and her husband Jeff have two grown children, Justin and Kristin.

Marty Moore

|
Marty Moore joined our church's administrative staff in August 1992 and is responsible for producing the monthly newsletter and mailings to the congregation, keeping the church's database updated, and creating PowerPoint presentations as needed. She and her husband Larry have two grown children, Stephanie and Jim, and seven grandchildren.

Carole Reynolds

|
Carole Reynolds has been a member of our church for over 20 years, joining the church's administrative staff in July 1996. Carole’s main responsibilities are to the music department, communicating between the Music Director and the office staff. She also serves on the kitchen committee and does the bookkeeping for the Women’s Connection Ministry. She and her husband Tom have five grown children, one granddaughter, and another grandchild on the way.
